Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your new purchase.
If you don't love it, send it back!

We want you to love your item(s), but in the off-chance that you don’t, we accept full price product returns.

For a refund of the item(s), less any shipping costs, returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date and must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with all manufacturers tags attached. Any special packaging, accessories, or attachments that were included with your item(s) must also be returned. Refunds will be made in the original form of payment.

All returns must be sent back via the same delivery courier. 

Only items purchased from www.ameliesophie.com will be accepted for return.

Please be aware that SAMPLES and DISCOUNTED ITEMS are not returnable. 

 

HOW TO RETURN

You have 3 options:

  

 1. Return using a label provided by Amelie et Sophie
Create your return and get a return label here.
You will then receive your return label by email.

The price of return label provided by us will correspond to the total return shipping cost we receive from our courier plus 10 EUR handling fee and it will be deducted from the total amount of the return.

All returns must be sent back via the same delivery courier. If you send the dresses by other courier please make sure that all costs are covered by the sender. Otherwise those will be deducted from the refund.


2. Do a return yourself = no assistance from Amelie et Sophie

If you want to be responsible for the postage costs and choosing a carrier yourself, you simply just need to request a return online here and you must return the package to this address:

IMPORTANT: 
Your return shipment must always be sent with distribution – regardless of the choice of carrier. We cannot accept returns delivered to parcel shops or other collection points then the address above.

We always recommend that you secure a receipt as proof of sending the package – just to be on the safe side in case it gets lost on its way. You are responsible for your return shipment until we have received it.

Please make sure that all shipping costs and duties are paid by the sender. 

 

3. Hand in your return personally in our Atelier in Warsaw

If you live close to our Atelier in Warsaw, you can hand in your return there completely free of charge.

 

GIFT CARD

Purchases paid for using split payment (part gift card, part other payment method) will always be refunded to the gift card(s) first. Any remaining balance will be paid to the other original payment.

CUSTOM MADE ITEMS ARE NON RETURNABLE

All custom-made garments are considered final sale and cannot be returned once purchased. Amelie et Sophie does not accept returns for third-party retailers.

REFUNDS

In case Amelie et Sophie pays for import tax and duties this cost will be deducted from the refund. We will make a refund for the purchased Good within 2 to 14 business days. You will be notified via an email once the refund has been issued.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges or price-matching at this time. Please follow the return policy steps for the items you wish to exchange and visit us to submit a new order for your new items.
