An order can be returned within 21 days of purchase subject to the following conditions: items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered with all original packaging, garment tags and labels attached and uncut.
Please be aware that samples and discounted items are not returnable.
Amelie et Sophie is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping method with a proof of delivery or tracking number. We currently do not generate return labels for international shipments, customers will be responsible for return shipments & cost.
